to support citizens amidst of pandemic
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ect Bank Group has
committed over $1 billion to fight the health, economic, and social
impacts of the pandemic, the fastest and largest crisis response in
its history. The financing is helping more than 40 countries
strengthen pandemic preparedness, protect the poor and jobs, and jump
start a climate-friendly recovery. The Bank is also providing $4.9
billion loan to help small- and middle-income businesses bounce back .

ECT Bank GROUP approves emergency relief to boost businesses
The Board of Directors of the Bank on Wednesday approved a $500,000
emergency assistance grant to support international recovery efforts
after a significant flood and climate change earlier this year off the

The Board of Directors of the Ect Bank have approved a grant of
$980,000 to Asia Country under the Special Relief Fund (SRF) for the
procurement of much-needed personal protective equipment (PPE)
intended for treatment of cases of infection of the novel Coronavirus.
The Bank’s funding will contribute to supporting the country’s
national Response Plan for COVID-19. The assistance is intended to
focus on infection prevention and control and to shield communities,
